Is Legion Church a Church or a Youth Organization?

It is both. Legion Church's mission is to strengthen churches while creating programs that develop young leaders through mentorship, education, service, creativity, and community engagement.

Is My Child Safe?

Safety is our highest priority. All volunteers and mentors who work directly with youth are expected to undergo background screening, training, and follow established child protection policies. Parents will be informed about major activities, transportation plans, and event details before participation.

Do Parents Have to Attend?

Many youth activities are designed specifically for young people, while other events are family-oriented and encourage parental involvement. Parents are always welcome to volunteer and participate in community events.

What Will My Child Learn?

Participants may develop skills in leadership, communication, public speaking, teamwork, community service, creative arts, financial literacy, entrepreneurship, career readiness, and personal development. Most importantly, they will learn how to build healthy relationships and become positive contributors to their communities.

Is There a Cost?

Legion Church seeks to keep programs affordable and accessible. Some activities may be offered at no cost, while special events, camps, or workshops may have registration fees to help cover expenses. Financial assistance may be available when needed.

Does My Family Have to Attend Legion Church?

No. Youth and families from all faith backgrounds are welcome to participate in educational, leadership, arts, and community service programs.

How Much Time Is Required?

Families can participate at the level that works best for them. Options may include weekly gatherings, monthly workshops, seasonal programs, summer camps, community service projects, and special events.

How Can Parents Get Involved?

Parents are encouraged to volunteer at events, share professional expertise, serve as mentors, help organize activities, support community projects, and assist with fundraising initiatives. The strongest youth programs are built when churches, families, and communities work together.
